Babbu Mann (born March 29, 1975), born as Tejinder Singh Maan in the village of Khant Maanpur in Eastern Punjab, is a famous singer as well as actor and widely known for his distinctive lyrics and music. Babbu Mann was born as Tejinder Singh Maan on 29 March, 1975 in the village of Khant Maanpur in the Fatehgarh Sahib district of Eastern Punjab. He was the only son of father Babu Singh Maan and was youngest among two sisters. He very fond of music since his childhood and got his first chance of singing on stage, during a function of his school, at the age of seven. Babbu Mann learned writing lyrics while he was a student of Punjab University, Chandigarh. He recorded his first album when he was only 23.
